[DMN Designer] Can not edit node after diagram cleared

      1. Import attached dmn model
      2. Click the clear diagram button
      3. Add new decision node from palette
      4. Invoke expression(grid) editor for added decision node
      5. The attached error dialog will appear

      If user clears the diagram and then add new node, he is unable to edit this node.

      New diagram

      • Add nodes
      • Clear
      • Add new decision node
      • Put some expression inside

      Non empty existing diagram

      • Clear
      • Add new decision node
      • Put some expression inside
      • Save reopen
