Open attached dmn model

Select decision node cheese (just example, select any)

Invoke manage custom data type dialog

Remove tProfile structure

Close manage custom data type dialog

Check Output data-type list box for the decision node

There will be still present tProfile

Select some other node from canvas and check Output data-type select box, tProfile will be properly gone

Changes in manage custom data type dialog are not reflected into output data-type dialog until user reselects the node on canvas.
