Steps to Reproduce:

1. import attached project .
In this project, the following 2 rules are defined

'xlsRule' defined in XLS (xlsrule.xls)
'xlsxRule' defined in XLSX (xlsxrule.xlsx)

2. open test scenario named 'TEST_xlsx' and click EXPECT to add new expectation.
In Rule field, rule named 'xlsRule' is shown but 'xlsxRule' which is defined in XLSX is not shown.
