Description of problem:
Unable to use the TPS UI "Token Filter" to filter a list of tokens

Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a user to LDAP then Format and Enroll a token using
tpsclient <
2. Navigate to Home --> Tokens (In Token Management)
- Click Filter and search for a "Suspended(temporarily lost) Token
- Your active token(s) should not be displayed.
- Try another status
3. Test the filter for the {Token ID| User ID| Type| Status}filters
Actual results:
The results are unchanged regardless of selection
Expected results:
Expected the filter to narrow down the results by criteria selected in the filter drop down
