Describe the issue: At this point, we've just created DS instance, pkispawn was never run. The commands described won't work at all.

Suggestions for improvement: There is no point to hope that client reads the disclaimer, it's much better to just move the points to the correct order to provide step-by-step installation guide and avoid any confusion.
