System non responsible to ldap queries.

How reproducible:
After some time running system is having errors:

[12/Jun/2024:06:24:44 -0600] - ERR - ldbm_back_add - Retry count exceeded in add
[12/Jun/2024:06:25:12 -0600] - ERR - ldbm_back_add - Retry count exceeded in add

Steps to Reproduce:
1. We have tune up the system to 32 CPUs and net.core.somaxconn to 4k.
~250 MB userroot
~7.8 GB mtgroups

2. After some workload it's showing
ERR - slapd_poll - (117) - Timed out

3. Logs and pstack collected

Additional info:

• Looks like the system is under sizing since it has 800+ ldap connections per instances.
