      Description of a problem

      The Database Suffix field allows adding a dash symbol which ends in error when creating the final instance.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Click create new instance
      2. Check Enable Database
      3. To 'Database Suffix' field add 'dc=example,dc-com'
      4. Click create instance

      Actual results

      Page gets stuck loading loop in and Oops message is displayed.
      After refresh, we will have a ghost instance that cannot be removed.
