Description of a problem
After defining a new local password policy ( either with the Console or CLI ), nothing appears in the Console.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new local password policy ( CLI or GUI ) 2. Use the CLI to find it ( dsconf ... localpwp get <ENTRY_DN> ) 3. Check with the Console ==> nothing appears
Actual results
The Console is failing to load the PWP entries.
Expected results
Local password policies should be visible in the Console.
Additional information
From the Javascript console:
CMD: loadPolicies: Load all the local password policies for the table ==> dsconf -j ldapi://%2fvar%2frun%2fslapd-<INSTANCE>.socket localpwp list
That command is returning an empty result:
dsconf -j ldapi://%2fvar%2frun%2fslapd-<INSTANCE>.socket localpwp list
