      Description of a problem

when import cache autotuning is disable it is not convenient to set a value

Version-Release number of the selected component

      rpm -q 389-ds-base cockpit-389-ds

      389-ds-base-2.5.2-1.el9.x86_64
      cockpit-389-ds-2.5.1-2.module+el9dsrv+22071+e756ccfb.noarch

      Browser (if applicable)

      firefox

      Steps to reproduce

      1.Create an instance
      2.Select 'Database'->import cache tab
      3. unselect 'Autotuning'. Then update the value (add 0 to the end). It jumps to 512000. Then Save
      dn: cn=bdb,cn=config,cn=ldbm database,cn=plugins,cn=config
      nsslapd-import-cachesize: 512000
      nsslapd-import-cache-autosize: 0

      4. It is not easy to edit the value, if at any time the new value is below of 512000 then it jumps back to 512000

      Actual results

When editing the value it jumps back to 512000, we need to make sure the value is constantly above 512000

      Expected results

We should be able to set any value in 'import cache size' without being able to save until the value is greater than 512000.
A message could warn that the current value is too low.
