Storage Pool can be created in the UI, but the Delete and Edit buttons are not working anymore, so it's not possible to delete the created pool in the UI.
The OCP platform infrastructure and deployment type (AWS, Bare Metal, VMware, etc. Please clarify if it is platform agnostic deployment), (IPI/UPI):

The ODF deployment type (Internal, External, Internal-Attached (LSO), Multicluster, DR, Provider, etc):

This is a regression, in 4.17 storage pool deletion and editing was working in the UI
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to UI, go to Storage/Data Foundation
2. Click on Storage System and choose Storage Pools tab
3. Create a cephblockool or ceph filesysem pool
4. Try to edit or delete the pool created in step 3

Actual results:
Delete button and Edit button have no effect at all, so it's not possible to edit or delete the pool in the UI either from the pools list nor from the pool's details page

Edit and Delete buttons are working according to their names
