Add sc encryption checkbox UI for Add capacity UI,
With the new feature added in 4.18 for supporting multiple Device class with LSO clusters,
the encryption of storageclass is missing,
Add the remaining fields from the UI, so the new feature should work end to end from UI.

And Currently we are not validating "New StorageClass Name" and user might end up using name which is already existing, UI should validate.
