Description of problem - Provide a detailed description of the issue encountered, including logs/command-output snippets and screenshots if the issue is observed in the UI:

We want to create a new component for the NooBaa NC , currently used by Scale CES-S3 and DBS3.

These issues will be logged by both these teams and will be open on our issue project for better tracking, backporting etc.

We will ignore this component when we check for ODF status since these issues should not affect our process.

In case there are issues which are found by these teams, but actually affect both ODF and NC, we (NooBaa engineering) will mark these issues with both components to make sure we reflect the effects in both products.
