In the case of Discovered Application, if we miss to create application project on secondary managed cluster, there was no warning/error message. Refer BZ : https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DFBUGS-820

If we failover the application without having the application project created on the secondary cluster, the DRPC says failed over, and the application remains on the primary cluster. There was no warning or error message.
