Description of problem:
This issue occurs on the new OCP/ODF 4.17 cluster and only when dedicated macvlans are used for the networking. Unable to complete the deployment on nooba due to error: MountVolume.MountDevice failed for volume "pvc-0f311807-9607-424a-969f-c10c8ec4d91d" : rpc error: code = Aborted desc = an operation with the given Volume ID 0001-0011-openshift-storage-000000000000000a-af7d26bb-9e3b-4d49-99a4-254c5cb167ba already exists Also unable to download OCPv images due to the same looking error. The problem does not occur when default OVN networking is used for deployment.
