Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
      snippests):

We had two unfound objects and slow ops after a hardware failure. The unfound objects were new objects and could not be reverted so we marked them lost and unfound. As soon as we did OSD's started crashing. The osd's would eventually stabilize but the pg would be inconsistent. Then, when we go to deep scrub the pg osd's would crash again and eventually stabilize with the pg still being inconsistent.

The customer is gathering an odf must gather.
