Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
      snippests):
Rook-ceph-operator memory leak. Pod has an endless amount of memory it consumes. This BZ is opened to see if we can find a resolution for this leak, what version this is fixed in, etc. The original BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2275190 was closed as the customer didn't want to upgrade the cluster. The workaround (restart the rook-ceph- operator) held them over until they could upgrade. I don't know if an upgrade was performed.

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
      ODF 4.14.6

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
Yea, its eating up memory on the nodes

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?
      Yes, restart the rook-ceph-operator

Rate from 1 - 5 the complexity of the scenario you performed that caused this
      bug (1 - very simple, 5 - very complex)?

      Can this issue reproducible?
      No
