Description of problem - Provide a detailed description of the issue encountered, including logs/command-output snippets and screenshots if the issue is observed in the UI:

Tests were run using the LDX tool, to explain this issue the following scenario was used. A benchmark of 1k per node (10k per cluster) doing a mix of operations (put bucket versioning, get bucket versioning, put object, get object and delete object) during 30 min using versioning during this workload large response times were observed as seen in the following image where it can be seen that response times of up to 240 seconds were obtained, in workloads with numbers of connections close to those used for this situation it is not a blocker, but in situations with larger numbers of connections (with or without versioning) it is because due to those response times the workload dies after approximately 3 min, as an example the same tool is being used for other protocols such as smb nfs and their response times are close to 1 second
