Describe the issue:

The deployment guide should include instructions for deploying with AWS STS configuration.

Currently, the AWS STS instructions reside in the managing_hybrid_and_multicloud_resources guide.
That should be moved to the AWS deployment guide and be updated with the recent changes done for bug 2322373.

The intention is to ensure new deployments of 4.15 and 4.16 follow the updated procedure for STS configuration on AWS, so when the time comes for upgrading to 4.17, they won't be needed to follow the new procedure needed for mitigating BZ 2322373
