Description of problem - Provide a detailed description of the issue encountered, including logs/command-output snippets and screenshots if the issue is observed in the UI:

On a IBM Cloud environment with OCP 4.19, Fusion Data Foundation 4.19 was deployed. Post install, storage configuration using the Openshift console was initiated.

The storageprofile selected during configuration was "Balanced" (default).

In network settings, host network was selected.

This cluster has 3 worker nodes, but the storageclasses are provided from cloud. And the option of using existing storageclass was selected during configuration.

StorageCluster configuration is stuck in progressing state and the CR has following status:

      lastHeartbeatTime: '2025-06-11T09:53:01Z'
            lastTransitionTime: '2025-06-10T12:25:07Z'
message: New resource profile is being applied
            reason: ReconcileFailed
            status: 'True'
            type: Progressing

      CephCluster CR has following status:

      status:
        conditions:
          - lastHeartbeatTime: '2025-06-11T09:57:18Z'
            lastTransitionTime: '2025-06-11T09:57:18Z'
            message: Configuring Ceph Mons
            reason: ClusterProgressing
            status: 'True'
            type: Progressing
        message: Configuring Ceph Mons

One of the mon pods rook-ceph-mon-pod-a is in crashloopbackoff state.

The OCP platform infrastructure and deployment type (AWS, Bare Metal, VMware, etc. Please clarify if it is platform agnostic deployment), (IPI/UPI):

      Platform - IBM Cloud

The ODF deployment type (Internal, External, Internal-Attached (LSO), Multicluster, DR, Provider, etc):

      Dynamic

The version of all relevant components (OCP, ODF, RHCS, ACM whichever is applicable):
