Enabled the bucket notification and with the noobaa-core-5.18.5-20250609 build (fix for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DFBUGS-2658) has resulted into this defect / flooding of messages into webhook server

yes, as shown in the webhook server, once notification is enabled, there are continuous flood of messages from each S3 node to the webhook server in the regular interval
