The ODF documentation hosted by Red Hat, in its section about disconnected environments, lacks 'rook-ceps-operator' in its list of content to mirror. The IBM hosted doc for Fusion does list it.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:

Installing ODF in a disconnected environment will fail if strictly following the Red Hat documentation.

Suggestions for improvement:

Add 'rook-ceph-operator' to the list of packages to mirror in the documentation of all currently supported ODF versions.
