Since RH now fully supports ArgoCD that comes bundled with the Gitops operator, customers are using ArgoCD to manage the state of their ODF clusters. However, we don't state in the docs the restrictions this provides. One example of these is adding capacity to ODF. You cannot click the 'Scale Capacity' button when the storagecluster CR is managed with ArgoCD, as it will be overwritten. You must manually change the count/replica in the storagecluster within Argo... or, you need to stop argo from syncing, scale capacity the way we outline in the docs, and resync argo to match the changes.

      Describe the issue:

We don't outline in any capacity how to scale capacity when the storagecluster is managed by ArgoCO.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:

Add the steps to add capacity to a storagecluster when its managed by ArgoCD

      Suggestions for improvement:

Add a section about ArgoCO in the 'Introduction to scaling storage' section possibly?
