Description of problem - Provide a detailed description of the issue encountered, including logs/command-output snippets and screenshots if the issue is observed in the UI:
Installed simple filebrowser applications and established DR protection for discovered application with rbd storage. Overall sync health is Green and there are NO VolumeSynchronizationDelay alerts being fired, but receive warning of inconsistent data on target :

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Establish RDR cluster setup
2. Install simple application w/ rbd storage & recipe for DR protection
3. Enable DR protection
4. Wait for Overall Sync status to be healthy
5. Relocate application

Actual results:
Warning displayed on relocate window regarding inconsistent target data due to alert
Expected results:
No warning displayed on relocate window if Overall Sync Health is green and no VolumeSynchronizationDelay alerts exist
