Improve Membership Conversion Flow (Q3FY19)

Requirements

Ongoing experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, and improvements to the registration conversions on the RHD site.

This Epic covers ongoing UX-related engineering tasks and requests that are conversion-focused, not part of a larger project.

The Epic only contains work that has been agreed by PM (joeschram) as being important for the current release. This makes sprint planning easier, as now only issues within an Epic should be considered for work within the sprint.

Finally, it creates an at-a-glance place to review all the conversion optimization work that is being completed.
