      Description

Currently the RHD blog is hosted via WordPress, and the rest of the website via Drupal. This separation causes a number of problems, which will mostly likely be resolved by migrating the blog content into Drupal and decommissioning WordPress.

      Benefits

      • Consistent user experience for contributing content (blogs, videos, slide decks, etc…)
      • Better integration of content across developers.redhat.com
      • Consolidated Dev, Ops, Design and PM effort on to a single platform (by removing WordPress).

      Status

      • Developer Program team requires agreement on the single interface
      • Requires analysis of how to migrate current blog functionality to Drupal (assuming this is the chosen approach)
      • Blocked by “Allow external content contributions” project that allows off-VPN contributions in Drupal
