Make the following changes to http://developers.redhat.com/products/devstudio/download/ and https://www.jboss.org/products/devstudio/download/ (use the same download manager back end)

Move the 10.0 versions to the 'View Older Downloads" section.
Update the big link for 10.1.0 to use the new stand alone installer URL and rename to "Download JBoss Developer Studio 10.1.0"
Add a new section for 10.1.0 - This will be the same table format as the 10.0.0
