Important
Not sure if this is an issue for DEVELOPER but as no one on the list below [0] knows who to contact I thought I'd pass it on in case it's something that can be fixed via the CSP / download manager.

CDK 2.0.0.zip is available from CSP here:
https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/293/ver=2/rhel---7/2.0.0/x86_64/product-software ->
https://access.cdn.redhat.com//content/origin/files/sha256/ce/ced1ae9a5017c1cc70758eb9f57c933726a97852749b087eb966396f7b63ddf4/cdk-2.0.0.zip?_auth_=1461592700_627e8c6c2cbbfb6e339eb18c516c9f32
Yet if you go here [1] and scroll to "3. Red Hat Enterprise Linux CDK download", the link for "download Red Hat Container Tools" returns 404 [2]

[2] https://developers.redhat.com/download-manager/file/cdk-2.0.0.zip -> https://developers.redhat.com/download-manager/content/origin/files/sha256/ce/ced1ae9a5017c1cc70758eb9f57c933726a97852749b087eb966396f7b63ddf4/cdk-2.0.0.zip
Same problem for the "Download the cdk-2.0.0.zip" link on http://developers.redhat.com/products/cdk/get-started/
So, looks like two problems:
a) the file exists on access.cdn.redhat.com but not developers.redhat.com
b) http://developers.redhat.com/downloads/ doesn't know that 2.0.0 is the latest version and still shows 2.0.0.beta5. But at least that download link DOES work (prompts for login, then download works - no 404)
