The functionality should be identical to JBoss Developer's search bar.

To do this we need to:

1. Create a Searchisko river to index the pages on http://developers.redhat.com. A similar River already exists for JBoss Developer.
2. Add the search-bar into the chrome. We can copy the code from JBoss Developer, changing it slightly to pull the data from the Red Hat Developer bucket in the DCP.
