The REST service needs to return a featured artifact to download. Release engineer can define a type of the file in the "product" web page, which defines the file types, that will be candidates for becoming the featured artifact.

When searching what should be the featured artifact the latest GA product version will be searched for the files of the specified file type. The one with the highest order field will become the featured artifact.

Because there is no limit how the product version can be named there will be a new checkbox (final/GA) in the product version, that will mark the product version to be final (or GA whatever the naming convention of the current team is).

If there is no GA product version under a project, the latest product version will be searched for the featured artifact.

If the latest feasible product version would not contain the artifact of the requested type, a warning should be displayed by the web UI. The file with the higherst order will be selected as if the file type was not defined in the product version.
