Incorrect ordering in Buzz area of homepage

See attached image, notice that an 11hr old item is appearing before a 1hr old item. The problem could be to do with the recency label using the date the item was updated, rather than created. Alternatively, they might be being ordered by update date, rather than created date.

Definition of Done

1. Ordering of Buzz content on homepage is ordered by most recent first.
