1. The handout cards we’ve been doing are 5”x7” with 1/8” bleed all around.

2. Easel signs are 24”x36” with 1/4” bleed all around with at least 300dpi resolution.

3. Standup table top signs are 11”x17” with 1/4” bleed.

4. Name badges are printed on Avery 74461 sheets.
That’s 8 per sheet of 2.25”x3.5” name badges. I use Adobe InDesign’s data merge capability. I need a .ai file to use as the background for the InDesign page. The .ai page contains all the graphics for all 8 name badges and is laid out according to the Avery 74461 template for the placement. The InDesign page contains the text for the name and company for the badge. I’ll need the .ai file so I can tweak it into calibration for the printer. I’ll send a sample .ai file that we’ve currently been using via Hightail.
