Quarkus - some pages do not have clickable anchor on hovering

https://quarkus.io/faq/ and https://quarkus.io/security/ lack a way to select a specific question anchor for a quick link.
Other pages do have it like blogs https://quarkus.io/blog/native-command-mode-tools/
(see the selectable anchor showing up when hovering on a title)
