JavaOne 2017 Support: Video bumper & backgrounds

The mini-theatre sessions at JavaOne will be recorded. The recording will use two shots:

1) A bumper slide that goes on the start and end of the video. It will not have the title for the session or the presenter's name. Therefore the same image can be used for all recordings.
2) A slide with two spaces for video feeds. A large 16:9 video on the left (for presenter's laptop feed) and a smaller 4:3 video on the right (for the video feed of the presenter).
