A banner is required for a new page in Magnolia and associated Social Group in SBS.

This is so we have a place to explain and link out between Weld, EmbeddedAS, Arquillian, JSFUnit and ShrinkWrap projects plus the unnamed mock library to hopefully replace the widespread usage of the deprecated Shale Test.

As such we should use the JBoss Community logo and favicon so that it doesn't look like a specific project.
