The instructions given in https://debezium.io/blog/2018/05/24/querying-debezium-change-data-eEvents-with-ksql/ don't work any longer due to changes in the KSQL Docker images and we are using the "latest" tag there.

We should provide updated information, together with a self-contained "ksql" example in the debezium-examples repository.
