Add SMT for using alternative key from value as CDC message key

    Description

      Similar to KC's ValueToKey, but it should obtain the values from the after state of CDC messages. Alternatively, explore whether the Kafka community would be interested in enhancing the existing SMT so it can obtain values from nested structures ("after.somekey").
