There have been significant improvements in Java 9 - 11 in regards to running within (Docker) containers, e.g. Java will now correctly honor any memory and CPU share constraints (and no. of available CPU cores) put in place for a container. While the former should have been no problem before by virtue of using Fabric8, the latter will be an improvement for sure.
