Streams PM pkayapan reported that customer expects documentation for the DBZ-9280 fix to be highlighted in the 3.2.4 release notes. Although this change is mentioned in the upstream release notes for 3.2.1, and the 3.2.4 release notes provide a link to the Errata document that mentions DBZ-9280, the product release notes do not provide sufficient coverage of this important fix.

This change revises the published release notes to add a Fixed issues section to notify customers about this change.
