In the existing LogMiner query builder, we create a DDL predicate that uses the LIKE operator to exclude specific rows that have a given pattern.

We should evaluate, now that DBZ-9302 is in, whether we think its reasonable for us to consider dropping the LIKE operator in favor of query optimization.
