The current CommitThroughput metric represents the number of commits/second seen over the course of the connector's lifecycle, which is really not all that meaningful.
Instead, we should rework the metric to represent the event dispatch throughput during a commit window as number of events / second.
This aligns more closely with the other throughput metrics that are based on some value over the total duration of a given window, rather than the entire connector's lifecycle.
