As we are including Informix into the product builds, make the informix connector pom.xml look like the rest of the debezium/debezium connectors. Taking for example Postgres as an example. 

This ticket has been created becase the past week the informix connector has been included into the CI nigthly builds and we got 100 failures because apicurio not being spinning up/configured correctly.

With this ticket we aim for two different things: 

• Have the nightly builds pass without failures
• Get informix connector a bit more productized.
