Oracle recently announced Oracle 26ai, a new LTS build based on the Oracle 23ai engine. Since Oracle 26ai is based on the same engine as 23ai, they both are considered LTS with a direct RU upgrade path from 23ai to 26ai.

The current upstream container image is 23.6.0.0.
