Wrong DATE type conversion with 0.9.0 MySQL Connector when timezone != UTC

      DBZ-763 upgrade MySQL driver to version 8.0.
      Unfortunately this version has a bug when reading DATE type from MySQL when timezone != UTC.
      https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=91112
      As a results we're creating wrong values in Kafka.
