Context

Postgres is the first connector that is integrated as quarkus extension. Now we have also mongodb and a test-suite that certify that the connector adhere to the Quarkus Debezium Engine.

Changes

We need to remove all the tests and use the test-suite for Quarkus already in place for mongodb. Furthermore, we should align the Quarkus Processor inside Postgres and the DatasourceRecorder to use the interfaces in the SPI module
