      1. Form creation option is missing from the pipeline modal to create a source/destination
        •  Start creating a data pipeline
        • In pipeline designer click on select source/destination
        • From the source/destination modal select create a source/destination radio button
        • Select a source/destination catalog option
        • Now in the final creation page you just have the smart editor and the form creation option is missing.
      2. In Debezium server configuration modal the file selected content is not disappearing after closing the modal.
      3. When creating a new pipeline if user move away from pipeline designer page to some another page(from side navigation) and them again start creating a new pipeline. pipeline designer pager doesn't get refresh  and old the old selected values.
