We need to update to a more recent of Quarkus Platform (>= 3.24.X) that includes the Kafka 4.0 client. Unfortunately this version brings hibernate 7.0 that has some problems with blaze-persistence. We need to wait a fix to https://github.com/Blazebit/blaze-persistence/issues/2071 and then try the update path. 

If the update is still an issue we should try to update Quarkus while remaining on Hibernate 6.2
