This issue covers changes related to addressing changes between the 3.2.3 release and the preceding 3.0.8 release. For the current 3.2.3 release, major refactoring of the content is out of scope.

The current release notes structure is as a vestige of the previous Red Hat Integration product, in which we published release notes for multiple components in a single document. All of the content for each component was placed with a single reference file, for example, ref-debezium-relnotes.adoc. The limitations of including many different topics within a single file led to many layers of nested headings. A followup to this issue is required to restructure the content into separate module files to reduce the level of nesting and comply with the requirements for migrating source documentation from AsciiDoc to DITA.
