We currently do not mention that a user can define JMX_HOST and JMX_PORT in the Debezium Server readme in the container-images repository nor as part of the documentation.

In addition, we also do not cover the fact that a user may want or need to customize the jmxremote.access and jmxremote.password files we ship in the quay.io/debezium/server container.

We should consider doing this so that its easier for users to know how to setup or use JMX with our Debezium Server container image.
