Background:

Per report in Slack on 26 May, 2025 from rhn-support-aboucham, the 3.0.8 Supported Configuration document incorrectly specifies that the Oracle connector requires the ojdbc8 driver, when, in fact, the required driver is ojdbc11.

Problem:

After correcting the error in the relevant KCS document, a check of the core documentation shows that the driver version level is also out of date, specifying that the connector uses the 21.6.0.0 version of the driver, when it should specify version 21.15.0.0.

Solution:

Update the value of the ojdbc-version attribute in the downstream attributes.adoc file to specify the correct version and then rebuild and publish the 3.0.8 documentation.

This change affects only the product edition of the documentation. No changes to the community version.
