Currently we have have e2e but its not covering wider net in the UI functions.

• Update the cypress e2e test infra 
• Increase the e2e coverage to cover more UI functions and features 

Smiler for the UI unit test via vitest we could update code file coverage form current 

Update the vitest to latest version 4
